Three houses sold
A two-bedroom bungalow on a 33.7-perch section at 37 Nicholls Street, Shirley, was sold for $7500 at auction yesterday. The Government valuation is $5BOO. Mr E. G. Keenan, of Binns, Barber, and Keenan, Ltd, was the auctioneer.
A 30-year-old bungalow with two bedrooms at 44 Main North Road, Papanui, was sold for $B2OO. The property. on a 22.5-perch section, has a Government valuation of $5650. The auctioneer was Mr P. J. Cook, of W. E. Simes and Company. Ltd. A two-bedroom house on a 22.5-perch section at 26 Peverel Street, Riccarton, was sold for $7OOO. The Government valuation is $4700. The auctioneer was Mr R. G. Bell, of R. G. Bell and Company.
