Letters on television topics are subject to the rules applying to general correspondence. MARCHING GIRLS Some weeks ago viewers had the pleasure of seeing a display by marching girls. This was greatly enjoyed and a change from football, swimming, athletics and other sports. When there are so many programmes—which are labelled “rubbish" by so many viewers, would it be possible next marching season to televise this sport? It nfever ceases to amaze me how the girls remember the intricate steps and changes, and march with such precision. Is there any reason why this sport has not been given regular T.V. coverage? —A.M.L.
