Alcan extends marketing outlets in building

Alcan New Zealand, Ltd, acquired a minority financial interest in three companies engaged in the manufacture and distribution of aluminium windows, sliding doors and allied products, the managing director of Alcan (Mr A. H. Swift) announced yesterday.

The companies are Rolls Holdings, Ltd, Hamilton, NuLook Windows (N.Z.), Ltd, Cambridge, and Nebulite International, Ltd, Tauranga. J. Kirkland-Smith) said that his company welcomed Alcan’s participation, and the addition of an Alcan representative to the Rolls board. He noted that Rolls Industries was founded in Hamilton about five years ago, and in rapid growth over the last three years had built up 160 joiner agents throughout the country. In the last 15 months it had also opened factories in Christchurch and Fiji.
