Long service on authority

AUCKLAND, April 21. The only chairman of the Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority in its 20 years, Sir John Allum, has been reappointed a member of the authority for another five years.
lite general manager of the authority (Mr O. H. Brannigan) reported at a meeting today that Sir John Allum had been reappointed by the Governor-General (Sir Arthur Porritt. He also reported that Mr A. O. Glasse had been reappointed by the Auckland City Council for another five years.
