N.Z. speaker to Rotary
(N.Z.P.A. Stag Correspondent) SYDNEY, March 29. Sir Edmund Hillary will be one of four main speakers at the sixty-second Rotary International convention in Sydney in May. About 15,000 Rotarians from all over the world are expected to attend.
Two of the other three major speakers are Norman Vincent Peale, author of "The Power of Positive Thinking” and Sir Walter Scott, a Sydney authority on business management. The fourth has not yet been named. Planners expect that several thousand New Zealand Rotarians will attend the convention, the first held in Australia and only the second in the southern hemisphere. Half of the 15,000 delegates will be from Australia and New Zealand.
