Gift to Commissioner
Mr S. W. Armstrong, who will retire tomorrow from his post as one of New Zealand’s three conciliation commissioners, was given a set of bowls last evening at an informal function held by executive members of the Canterbury Employers’ Association and Canterbury Manufacturers’ Association.
