Niue stamps
A special issue of three stamps will be released on June 23 on behalf of the Niue Post Office, the Postmaster General (Mr McCready) announced in a statement on Friday. They will have denominations of sc, 10c and 20c, and will feature birds found on the island. They were designed by Mr A. G. Mitchell of Wellington. They will not be valid for postage purposes in New Zealand. —(P.A.).
