Dog-owner' t appeal
A Nutley, New Jersey Municipal Court judge fined James Fomey yesterday for failure to clean up a pavement mess caused by his pet, a Great Dane named Snoopy. Fomey was fined SUSIO for violating a new ordinance requiring people to clean up after pets when walking them in the street. Fomey, the first person to be charged under the legislation, will challenge its constitutionality in an appeal.— Nutley, March 26.
