D.F.C. profit slumps
Profits of the Sydney-based merchant banker, Development Finance Corporation, Ltd, fell by. more than 50 per cent in the six-month period to December 31. The halfyear was not an easy one for the company. The decrease in stock market values affected the trading results of certain divisions.
