Sir, —"Observer” obtained some useful information about the parking of motorcycles and scooters. I wish to ask a further question. Is it permissible for these vehicles to be parked beside stands provided for pedal cycles, in such a way that they occupy the space intended for one, two, or even three cycles?— Yours, etc., J. F.
