Foreign aid recommended
(N.Z.P A.‘Reuter—Copyright) TOKYO, March 24. The Japanese Government’s Foreign Investment Council has recommended that Japan should open her car industry to direct foreign capital investment. The council, an advisory body, recommended that the industry should be liberalised as soon as possible, together with six other related industries, such as car-body building. A spokesman said that the Cabinet was expected to accept the recommendation.
