Dismissal of charge
(N Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 26. A charge against Joseph Waramu Allen, aged 18, a female impersonator, of wilfully interrupting proceedings and misbehaving in the Magistrate’s Court on March 12, was dismissed by Mr J. A. Wicks, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court today.
