REFLECTING PANELS
Trucks should display reflecting panels at the rear at night, the New Zealand Road Safety Council decided recently, the Press Association reports. A report was presented to the council on the use of such reflecting panels, and it said that red-and-white striped panels measuring 20in x Win proved the most effective.
