Noisy neighbours
Sir,—-With regard to E. M. Carter’s letter in this morning’s edition, I can only quote my eminently sensible Scottish grandmother on the subject of complaints about people making a noise: “There are many in the kirkyard who would be glad to hear it.”—Yours, etc., E.
