NO DECISION ON UNION CO.
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Mar. 22. No decision has yet been made by the Government on proposed take-overs of the Union Steam Ship Company.
The Prime Minister (Sir Keith Holyoake) said tonight that the Cabinet again considered the matter today, and another meeting of the Overseas Shipping Committee would be held this week.
He said that the matter probably would have to come before the Cabinet again before a decision was announced.
