HEPATITIS DEATH
(N.Z. Press Association) INVERCARGILL, March 23. A 15-year-old Invercargill girl died last week from the after-effects of hepatitis, the medical superintendent-in-chief at Kew Hospital (Dr W. I. Paterson) confirmed today. About 2 per cent of cases of infective hepatitis eventually proved fatal, he said.
