Decontaminant
Soviet scientists have discovered micro-organisms which they believe can be used cheaply and effectively to decontaminate industrial waste, Tass news agency has reported. The micro-organ-isms, discovered in sewerage in Kazakhstan, central Asia, destroy toxic compounds by absorbing nitrogen, the agency said. Moscow, March 22.
