AWARD FOR SCOUT.— Tony Emi, a crippled 9½-year-old member of the Turangi Scouts, has been awarded the Cornwell Certificate. The GovernorGeneral (Sir Arthur Porritt), in his capacity as Chief Scout of New Zealand, has approved the award in recognition of Tony’s courage, endurance, and devotion to duty under suffering.
