(N.Z. Press A«,n—Copyright) JACKSONVILLE. J. Miller and H. Underwood, little known on the professional tour, overcame biting winds on Saturday to tie for the third-round lead in the Jacksonville open golf tournament.
Miller, aged 23, had the day’s best round, a three-under-par 69. Underwood, aged 25, carded a 71. With 54-holes totals of 210, they led L. Trevino by one stroke and G. Player by two. R. J. Charles (73, 73, 74) was on 220, and J. M. Lister (72, 72, 77) on 221.
