Mexico orders Russians out
(N.Z. Presa Assn.—Copgright) MEXICO CITY, March 21. The Mexican Government yesterday declared five Russian diplomats “persona non grata” and ordered them to leave the county as soon as possible. The Mexican Foreign Minister (Mr Emilio Rabasa) said that he called Mr Dimitri Diakonov, Charge d’ Affaires of the Soviet Embassy, and told him that he and four other officials of the embassy must leave as soon as possible. “I have notified them that their presence is not acceptable and that it is the wish of the Mexican Government that they abandon Mexican territory as soon as possible," Mr Rabasa said.
