SPORTS GALORE
This Is a Mg week-end for sport in New Zealand, with the One Ton Cup yachting contests being held in the Hauraki Gulf, the cricket test taking place at Lancaster Park, the finals of the InterDominion trotting championships being fought out at Addington, and the national athletic and swimming title meetings being decided at Inglewood and Palmerston North respectively. Apart from the cricket test, which is the subject of live telecasts, all these events, as well as the South Island Horse of the Year Show, will be covered in a comprehensive “Sports Roundup” from all channels on Sunday afternoon.
