Entrepreneur in difficulty
(N.Z. Press Assn. —CoptiripMJ SYDNEY, Feb. 25. The entrepreneur, Harry Wren, was hopelessly insolvent the Federal Bankruptcy Court was told yesterday. Before Mr Justice Sweeney was a petition by a Sydney solicitor seeking to have Wren declared bankrupt Mr John Mahoney claims that Wren owes him $69,000 under a Supreme Court judgment on May 29 of last year. Wren is resisting the petition. An Adelaide firm, Emmett Contractors, is also represented as an intervening creditor, claiming that Wren owes it a $35,000 court judgment. At yesterday’s hearing, the judge granted Wren an adjournment of the case until April 21. ‘
