Speedway decided (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. Britain won the second speedway test —and the rubber in the three-match series —by beating New Zealand 68 points to 40 at Western Springs Stadium on Saturday i night. I New Zealand won only two of the 18 heats. ! As early as the fourth heat, R. Kilby (Britain) lowered the track record of 66sec by 0.2 'sec, and it was equalled in the next heat by his team'mate, R. Trigg. New Zealand's world j champion, I. Mauger, was : beaten by C. Pusey, who lowered the record to 55.65ec, and finally Kilby, again hardpressed by Mauger, lowered ■ the time to 55.35ec. i Both Mauger and Pusey | top-scored for their teams, I with 15 points each out of a 'maximum of 18.
