Photographing the screen
Americans were given the following advice about photographing the moon landing from their television sets. Turn out all lights in the room to avoid reflections on the screen; make the television image slightly flatter than usual; use a camera with an adjustable lens aperture, and put the camera on a tripod; set the shutter speed at one-thirtieth of a second; use A.S.A. fast-speed black and white film, such as Tri-X, and set the lens aperature at F2 or F2.B.—New' York, February 5.
