Missile centre
Britain has agreed to let the United States build a missile communciations centre on Canton Island in the Pacific, the Foreign Office Under-Secrtary (Mr Anthony Kershaw) told Parliament, Reuter reports. He said the technical facilities would serve as an additional terminus of the American missile test range in the Pacific. London, February 6.
