APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF RIGHT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the North Canterbury Catchment Bord as Regional Water Board of the receipt by it of the following applications: 824, T. C. POWER, “The Peaks” Hawarden. To take 240,000 gallons of water per day at the maximum rate of 450 gallons per minute, 7 days per week from an excavated hole 200 yards from the Waitohi River, and supplement from the river if necessary.
