$l500 raised by mission
More than $l5OO was raised by the Christchurch City Mission’s annual street appeal yesterday—and more money was coming in, said the City Missioner (the Rev. M. J. Goodall) last evening. This was about the same amount as raised last year. The money would be used mainly for the work of the mission’s night shelter, Mr Goodall said.
