Power station contract let
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 7. The letting of a $1,235,809 contract for the cladding of the roof and walls of the main buildings of the New Plymouth power station was announced today by the Minister of Works (Mr Allen). He said the work would be undertaken as a joint venture by an Auckland consortium comprising the Fletcher Construction Company, Winstone, Ltd, Monier Products (New Zealand), Ltd, and H. W. Coyle; Ltd.
