Early entries for Inter-Dominion
The New South Wales pacer, Harwood Brigade, is among the early entries received by the New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club for the Inter-Domln-ion Championship series to ; be run next February at Addington Raceway. A six-year-old gelding by the New Zealand-bred horse, Scottish Brigade, from Angela Ayre, he is raced by Mr E. G. Dennis, of Wagga Wagga, and he is trained there by J. Baumer. Among the New Zealandtrained pacers entered is Radiant Globe, a winner on the last two nights of the Cup meeting, True Averil, Boy Friend, Local Lie, Manaroa, Manawaru, Royal Count, and Regal Hanover. Tony Bear, Johnny Gee and Inferno, three winners at the recent Cup carnival, head I what appears likely to become i a large entry for the trotters’ i section. ,
Beau Winter, Le Char, Bambi, Laplander, and Briganelli are other entries for this section. Entries for both the pacing and trotting sections will close next Friday.
