Officers elected at the annual meeting of the social service council of the Diocese of Christchurch last evening were:— President, Mr J. E. Millar; members, Mesdames M. Louisson, E. A. Tipping, J. A. Hynam, the Rev. G. Fitzgerald, Messrs L. D. J. Smith, D. Home, N. M. Woods, and R. M. Conly.
