THEATRICAL LINK MADE
Negotiations have been completed between J. C. Williamson, Ltd, and the Ker-ridge-Odeon Corporation, Ltd, for the joint presentation of theatrical and concert attractions throughout New Zealand.
The chairman of directors of J. C. Williamson, Ltd (Mr A. McPherson), who made this announcement at the annual meeting in Melbourne, said it was felt that the joint operation of two major organisations in the theatrical field would lead pot only to a rationalisation of present activities, but an expansion in that and kindred fields.
