Marathon won by Lewis
{From Our Own Reporter) ‘ GREYMOUTH. B. Lewis, of Christchurch, won the Great Westland marathon title on Saturday. The second placing went to C. Creagh, of Greymouth, who running from scratch, recorded the fastest time of 2hr 35min 51sec. This was only 26sec outside his best time for the marathon. The 59-year-old Nelson runner, S. McArthur, was third.
