Fiji loses last game
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) CARDIFF. The Fijian Rugby team narrowly lost the last match of its British tour on Saturday. It was beaten, 8-6, by a Welsh under 25 side. The Fijians dominated the ’game for 65 minutes until increased Welsh pressure brought the home side tries by D. Llewelyn and 1 Hall, and a conversion by J. Williams. Fiji’s points came from a try by J. Visei and a penalty by I. Batibasga. From 14 matches in Britain, the Fijians won six, drew one, and lost seven. They scored 168 points and conceded 163.
