Letters on television topics are subject to the rules applying to general correspondence. - “SOFTLY, SOFTLY” I am yet another TV viewer who would solidly agree with you that the respective times of the programmes, “Marcus Welby M.D.” and “Softly, Softly” be changed. I speak for a family group of five, although I would not say that all the members of the family are always available to watch this very good programme— I refer of course to “Softly, Softly.” Such good quality programmes are not so plentiful, after all. I am far< from being a constant TV: viewer, but this programme I do not miss if 1 can avoid! it. Yet at-9.45 p.m. I ami usually too tired to enjoy it—! UNA HOLLOWAY, Rangiora.!
