Price-rise in Sydney
(N.Z. Press Assn.— Copyright) SYDNEY, November 20. The average price of a house and garden in Sydney has increased by 17.5 per cent in the last 12 months, to almost $20,000. In comparison, prices have risen by only 6.2 per cent in Melbourne, and by 11.1 per cent in Adelaide.
