Timaru home
Both the Geraldine Borough and County Councils are to ask the National Patriotic Fund Board to have Beverley Home in Timaru retained as a home for war veterans or replaced with a similar establishment. Support for the retention of Beverley has also been made by the executive committee of the Geraldine Returned Services’ Association.
