Mr L. T. Bowen, a former senior architect with the Ministry of Works, has been appointed head of information services by the Building Research Association. An Englishman, aged 42, Mr Bowen has been living in New Zealand since 1964. He has had experience in building information services since 1954 with the Wandsworth • Borough Council, in the United Kingdom, and with the Ministry W Works in New Zealand.
