NEW SWIMMING POOL.—The Cathedral Grammar School’s new metric swimming pool, which was opened on Wednesday by the Bishop of Christchurch (the Rt Rev. W. A. Pyatt). Members of the official party are at the far end of the pool. The pool, 20 metres by 10 metres, has been paid for by the school board, but parents and boys raised the $2500 for the heating plant.
