OPERATION ON FILLY
Belle Colleen, a filly of considerable promise owned by Mr N. M. Peryer, has been labouring under a handicap. Her trainer, W. A. McMullan, of Riccarton, had her knee X-rayed recently and it was disclosed that the filly’s near knee joint was chipped. | Yesterday, Belle Colleen was operated du and the bone chip ' removed.
