PANEL ON RUGBY
Dr. D. H. Craven, president of the South African Rugby Board, will Join the All Black captain, B. J. Lochore, and his predecessor, W. J. Whineray, to form a panel for a discussion on Rugby in Christchurch on December 1.
The three men will address the public gathering and answer questions. The Canterbury Sheltered Workshop Association will receive the proceeds from the function, which has been arranged by the Christchurch North Round Table.
