DUTIES: The Secretary/Controller will report to the Board of Directors and will work in close liaison with the Managing Director. The Secretary must assume a major responsibility for the development and control of the Company’s activities so that his future should be both challenging, rewarding and lead to greater responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS: * As many of the duties are of a management nature, applicants must be manage-ment-oriented in outlook. This implies such qualities -as capacity to accept responsibility, ability to manage, practical business acumen and confidence to take decisive action. To have these qualities applicants will probably be at least 35 years of age. * Membership of the N.Z. Society of Accountants is essential, together with a broad commercial background.
