(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter— CANBERRA. New Zealand Combined Services drew, 14-14, with Australian Services in a hardfought Rugby match at Duntroon yesterday. J The Australians’ fast ruckixig and quick handling gained them a 9-6 lead at half-time but afterwards the heavy New Zealand pack came into its own. Each side scored two tries, two penalties and a conversion.
