Dutch Attache Dies
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Sept. 2. A diplomat with a long association with New Zealand, Mr C. A. Korndorffer, the emigration attache at the Netherlands Legation in Wellington, died at his desk yesterday, aged 60.
Mr Korndorffer had worked with the Netherlands mission in New Zealand from 1951 to 1960, and had returned with his wife in April of this year, for his last assignment before retiring. From 1960, until his return to New Zealand in April, Mr Korndorffer had served in Pretoria, as migration officer of the Netherlands Embassy in South Africa.
