U Thant’s Address
Sir,—N. Beck ably states what I feel should be forcibly stated loud and long. Ours is a lovely world —or could be —if we whole-heartedly backed the United Nations, sending our boys to join a United Nations peace-keeping force to stop mad, useless wars, and giving humanity a fair chance to develop and enjoy a world become too small for an arms race and the like.—Yours, etc.. C. R. DIXON. Nelson. August 29. 1970.
