Boatwood Takes Three Badminton Titles

(N.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN. P. Boatwood (Canterbury) won three titles in the South Island badminton championships at Oamaru on Saturday. He took the men's singles title when his opponent, J. Lang (Canterbury), defaulted because of injury. Partnered by B. Crofts, Boatwood won the men’s doubles and, with J. Miles, took the mixed doubles. Results included:— Men’s Singles First Round.—P.
