Gold Heights Pleases
"The Press’’ Special Service CAMBRIDGE. The good sprinter Gold Heights, which was spelled after running unplaced in the Taumarunul Cup, is coming up quickly again. On Thursday, in her first trial at speed since resuming, she ran half a mile against the rails of the course proper in 50 4-ssec, the last three in 37 4-ssec.
This was comparable with the best of the morning. If she progresses well in the meantime Gold Heights may reappear in an open sprint at the Avondale meeting.
