Returning Officer. 3867 ESTATE OF CHARLES WALTER STONE TAKE notice that the Public Trustee of New South Wales is •the Administrator of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died Intestate, late of Umina, New South Wales, on July 22, 1969. The deceased was married but died without issue and his parents, James Thomas Stone and Alice Frances Stone (nee Lipscomb) who died many years ago are alleged to have had two sons apart from the deceased. One of the brothers of the deceased predeceased him without issue but the younger brother of the deceased is alleged to be living or to have lived (in New Zealand but it is not known whether he is dead or alive. Such younger brother of the deceased had a daughter who died when quite young in an earthquake in New Zealand, and also a son who is said still to be living in New Zealand. If the younger brother of the deceased or his son aforesaid survived the deceased then the estate will be distributable between the widow of the deceased and the deceased’s brother or his issue in the proportions as determined by , Statute. If the deceased’s brother predeceased him and if his son as aforesaid also predeceased him then the estate of the deceased will be distributable wholly to the widow of the deceased. Therefore let the deceased’s brother or his issue or anyone claiming through them TAKE NOTICE that unless a claim by them or any of them to be the next of kin of the deceased is received by the Public Trustee on or before November 28, 1970, the Public Trustee will distribute the estate of the said Charles Walter Stone on the basis that his widow is solely entitled.
