SPECIAL CONDITION: The right is granted in lieu of existing right No. 1969/102. (d) To grant of right to take “natural water” for 10 year period: Cheviot County Council to take 86,400 gallons of water perl day from a well in gravels in the Waiau River at the maximum rate of 55 gallons per minute seven days per week for a reticulated stock and ! domestic water supply.
