(c) To grant of right to take “natural water” for 19 year period: Ashley County Council to take 288,000 gallons of water per day from either of two tube wells in the Ashley Riverbed adjacent to Lower Saltwater Creek (Road at maximum rate of 200 gallons per minute for a piped domestic and stock water supply. SPECIAL CONDITION: The right is granted in lieu of existing right No. 1969/102. (d) To grant of right to take “natural water” for 10 year period: Cheviot County Council to take 86,400 gallons of water perl day from a well in gravels in the Waiau River at the maximum rate of 55 gallons per minute seven days per week for a reticulated stock and ! domestic water supply. (e) To grant of right to take “natural water” for four year period following hearing: P. H. Lohrey, Russells Flat, to take 180,000 gallons of water per day from the Hawkins jßiver at the maximum rate of 180 gallons per minute five days per week for spray irrigation! purposes. That the objection of P. R. Jebson be disallowed. (f) Amendment to decision to grant of right to take “natural water”: Tai Tapu Golf Club.
