FLATS SOLD
Two self-contained flats at 79 Linwood Avenue were sold for $6650 at public auction yesterday. The Government valuation is $5400.
Each flat has one bedroom and one is partly furnished. Other improvements on the property include a garage and a mutual laundry. The auctioneer was Mr M. H. MeCrostie for N. H. McCrostie and Company.
