Hotel Sold To D.B.
(N.Z. Press Association! DUNEDIN, July 26. The South Dunedin Hotel has been purchased by Dominion Breweries, Ltd. It is understood that the hotel will be leased by the purchasing company. The sale of the hotel was confirmed today by the owner, Mr J. A. Wilson, who, however, declined to give the purchase price.
